Having essayed various roles in her corporate career of 23 Years, Vipula is convinced that “You believe and imagine you are…” and that “You will be”. She realizes the importance of garnering various skillsets, the softer attributes of a successful personality. The Soft Skills you possess, can either make you or break you. She has had the pleasure to be associated with great organisations, like the Shriram Group (Usha International), Bharti Mobile Limited (Airtel) and Ericsson India Ltd. Receiving the highest recognition within the organisation, the “President Award” at Ericsson, was a validation of her convictions.
Vipula’s ability to connect instantly with her audience, make her programs very collaborative. The energy levels in her style of delivery leave the participants highly charged and motivated. Her experiential learnings and an ability to emapthize and understand the receivers point of view, brings in a lot of personal value for all her participants. Vipula is one among the first 15 certified MahAcharyas, having completed an intensive residential Train the Trainer program conducted by Prof Srinivasan Ranganathan and Smt Meena Krishnamurthy. She is a qualified Image Consultant, trained at the Image Consulting Business Institute ( ICBI, India and Conselle Institute, USA). She also feels empowered with the Leadership Excellence Program from IIM, Ahmedabad and the Executive Education Programme from IIM, Bangalore. Vipula has graduated as a Gold Medallist from Osmania University and was adjudged a PG diploma topper from the Indian Statistical Institute (Hyderabad Wing).
Indu has more than 8 years of corporate experience in various companies like TCS, DSL and HCL as Senior Software engineer along with the experience in Soft skill trainings like Corporate Training, Group Workshop, One to One Consultation and Others like Retainer Image Consultant, Uniform Designing etc. Having been with some of these great organizations, Indu feels enriched with the knowledge of understanding the training needs and nuances at various levels in an organization.
Being a very energetic personality, her communication with the audience is extremely exuberant. This establishes an instant connect with people and results in her trainings being highly interactive and demonstration based. A great sense of compassion and a deep understanding of human behavior enables her to quickly understand the needs of her participants. These qualities, she believes, are her unique strengths. Her passion is to help people to build a strong Image and create an everlasting impression.
